Texture Editor for SnowRunner.
With this program you can easily open / convert any texture that is stored inside the .pak archive.

Just open any PTC file and select any of 3 formats to save:
1) TGA – the simplest format that allows you to use / open the texture in any image editor (photoshop, for example)
2) DDS – a more complex format, will save the full texture with all parameters
3) HDR – use this format to save HDR textures of the game

You can also easily replace textures inside the archive. New opportunity.
